Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Costing Executive cum Director’s PA to support both the finance team in cost-related functions and the Director in day-to-day administrative and executive tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product costing, expense tracking, and budgeting, while also handling confidential communications, scheduling, and coordination on behalf of the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Costing Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain detailed cost sheets for products/services.
Analyze production costs, material usage, labor, and overheads.
Work closely with the procurement and production teams to gather cost data.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and report on variances between estimated and actual costs.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new projects or proposals.
Support monthly and quarterly closing processes with cost-related data.
Recommend cost optimization strategies to management.

Director’s Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials as required.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and document management.
Ensure the Director is well-prepared for meetings and engagements.
Follow up on delegated tasks and deadlines with internal teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or a similar role.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of construction / M&E / civil costing.
Ability to prepare financial models or use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
