Your responsibilities include:

• Welcome and assist customers professionally

• Answer customer enquiries in-store and through WhatsApp

• Handle basic administrative and documentation work

• Key in customer and transaction information accurately

• Follow up with customers when required

• Assist with cashier and daily branch operations

• Prepare simple daily reports and records

• Maintain proper filing and documentation

• Work closely with the branch team to ensure smooth operations

• Friendly, polite and customer-focused

• Responsible and trustworthy

• Detail-oriented and organised

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, computers and basic Microsoft Office

• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia

• Willing to learn the pawnshop business

• Able to work as part of a team

• No pawnshop experience required — training will be provided

RM1,700 – RM2,300 salary
