Our Group's Corporate Advisory division has advised on Mergers and Acquisitions, Sukuk, Bonds, Redeemable Convertible Bonds, Syndicated Loans, Exchangeable Bonds, Asset Backed Securities, REIT, Junior Sukuk transactions, PFI projects. Pacific Alliance Capital received the Islamic Finance News Awards as one of the Lead Arrangers for the Best Islamic REIT of the year.

We are headquartered in our own Seventeen (17) story Corporate Building located in KL Eco City. Our Group's Portfolio Management division owns and manages several Corporate Buildings with 100% occupancy located in blue chip locations in KL Eco City and Bangsar, in addition to a portfolio of other assets including a 6 storey commercial building in Publika, commercial bungalows/shops in Bangsar/ prime locations in the Klang Valley.
