This story happens because ETANG Corporation is focus to provide a heathier chicken to customer, the R & D team work day & night to have new method technology for manufacturing oven baked chicken without using a single drop of oil but maximize moisture, crispiness and flavour. Finally, they have successful after hundreds of try & fail and year 2008, ETANG Corporation has launched new product brand name “OPPADAK”

The name “OPPADAK” is short variation for “Oven eh Bbajeen” Chicken 오븐에 빠진 닭”- means Chicken that Fell in the Oven

OPPADAK chicken contains less trans-fat, carbohydrates, sodium and calories since it does not use a single drop of oil during its cooking process.
