Ohhsem Travel, the leading travel agency in Semporna, is looking for a Content Creator to join our growing team and help us promote our brand through high-quality digital content.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories)

Create content during island trips, resort stays, and company activities

Post content based on the company's content pillars

Collaborate with influencers, artists, and talents for featured content

Stay updated with current trends and apply them to travel content

Write hooks and captions that align with campaign goals

Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content ideas

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Post at least 2 videos per day

Achieve at least 1 video with 500,000 views every week

Produce 2 green screen videos per week

Collaborate with influencers or artists at least once a month

All content must follow the company’s content pillars

Requirements:

Skilled in video editing using CapCut, VN, or other mobile-friendly software

Confident using an iPhone for both shooting and editing

Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and formats

Ability to plan and organize content using a monthly calendar

Independent, creative, and able to work with deadlines

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia (English is an advantage)

Based in Semporna or willing to relocate
