Requirements

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut) skills.
Create short video for social media platform, eg: TikTok/Instagram.
Able to plan and development strategies across social media platforms.
Demonstrate creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with the brand and target audience.
Know basic copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
Demonstrate proficiency in social media management, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.

Responsibility

Develop and execute engaging content strategies aligned with the brand identity and marketing objectives, focusing on fashion products.
Create visually appealing and informative content, including high-quality photos, short-form videos, and graphics, optimized for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
Plan, film, and edit video content, ensuring professional lighting, sound, and visual aesthetics to showcase the fashion products effectively.
Manage and maintain social media presence, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and social media best practices to identify content opportunities and optimize performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for the brand's fashion products.
