Being the first one in and the last one out allowed me to gain valuable experience dealing with various types of customers and learn about different technologies and systems like DTOSS, CSMS, and CISCO. The most difficult aspect of my job was having to let go of a team member, but the most enjoyable part was training new hires and preparing them for their roles.

The team members are friendly and promote a culture of helping each other. The majority of issues are resolved without any problems. A lot of Japanese customers are familiar with IT and English, so the operator didn't need to explain basic concepts.
