Ex-Employee, years in the role"Ideal workplace for individuals interested in the oil and gas industry."
The Managing Director has given me the freedom to run the business and provide him with guidance in the right direction. I have been given autonomy to make important decisions with minimal supervision. I decided to leave the company due to the decrease in global oil prices, resulting in less work from other oil and gas companies. The company had to downsize its workforce due to shrinking sales figures and income.
