I have worked at Alcatel-Lucent, now Nokia, for more than 16 years. It is a great place to work with management that promotes team spirit and offers opportunities for growth and recognition. For those interested in working in different locations, Nokia encourages mobility through short or long-term assignments. Throughout my career, I have transitioned from a software designer in Ottawa to various roles such as Product Line Management, Product Marketing, Solution Sales, Regional Marketing Director, Managed Services Director, and Managing Director. I have also lived and worked in countries like Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Bangladesh, and Japan.
