We functioned as a close-knit team in this environment, but I still required someone reliable to ensure the completion of tasks. I gained valuable experience in administrative and accounting tasks. The most challenging aspect was satisfying clients with permit renewals, as dealing with government entities made meeting deadlines difficult. However, we successfully provided explanations and assistance to customers. It was satisfying to have a supportive boss who trusted us and rewarded us with raises and bonuses.
