MOZANAS SDN BHD (MOZANAS) was established in 2003, by a brilliant technocrat with entrepreneurial vision. Now year 2017, MOZANAS was a Malaysia Leading Water Proofing Product Manufacturer, located in LOT 2496, 5/44 , INDUSTRI PENGKALAN CHEPA II, *6100 KOTA BHARU, Kelantan at facilitate factory in Pengkalan Chepa Industrial Estate under East Coast Economic Region.

As resizing, Mozanas investing in purchased of the medium size factory and move all company management and technical staff based in Kota Bharu to the new Pengkalan Chepa factory. We are very committed in producing water proofing products in the strategic industrial facilities area. It’s will impact our production capacity, products research and development, application test and most important impact is equipped processing line.

Recently, Water Proof products were formulated locally and we are having invested heavily in upgrading its water proofing technology capabilities since the early 2014’s. MOZANAS have further upgraded its waterproofing service capabilities and expanded its technology horizons by entering into technical collaboration with several research university and labs agency locally and internationally. MOZANAS Waterproofing & Coating has grown to become the market leader in providing waterproofing systems in Malaysia.
