You must be proficient with PHP, MySQL and Javascript. If you're an experienced developer, we want you tell us what we have been doing wrong and correct them. Challenge our model, rip them apart and build a scalable, efficient and beautiful web application. You must have the ability to derive happiness from beautiful codes.

If you're a fresh graduate, we need you to have basic command of PHP and we'll train you along the way.
