Just like other audit firms, the work environment is stressful with no work-life balance. Audit interns may be treated better than permanent staff, but overtime and weekend work is still expected. The company was understaffed when I started, but I learned a lot and it was a valuable experience for aspiring auditors. Some managers show favoritism towards certain audit seniors, but there are also friendly and helpful seniors on the team. It's important to be cautious of gossipers and focus on doing your job and leaving work at the end of the day.
