From Intern to a Top Achiever in Property. I started as an intern with no experience, only passion and the desire to learn. There were many challenges and hard times, but each step made me stronger and better. Slowly, I became more confident and learned a lot in this industry. Today, I am thankful for how far I have come. I started my journey at Vivahomes Realty, Cheras Group (VCG) as an intern, where I learned the essentials of property sales, client management, and marketing. With strong guidance and mentorship, I quickly grew in confidence and skills. Today, I’m proud to become a full time and be part of VCG, where I'm able to manage clients independently, closing deals, and achieving RM35,000 in sales within just five months as an intern. VCG has given me the platform to grow from a learner into a professional, proving that with effort, resilience, and the right environment, success is possible.

I started my journey with MOM Properties aka VCG (Vivahomes Cheras Group) as an intern and grew into a role as a Property Agent. The experience has been incredibly rewarding, both professionally and personally. The company provides strong support, a positive working environment, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. As an intern, thanks to my team leader, Paul Siah, I was given meaningful responsibilities and guidance from him about this industry knowledge. Transitioning into a Property Agent role, I gained valuable skills in communication, client management, marketing and sales until i achieve as Top 10 Sales of October 2025 as i being an agent for 3 months. The team is very supportive, and the company culture encourages continuous improvement and collaboration. Started as an intern with zero knowledge, now a full time Project Sales Advisor closing deals after deals. From day one, I was given real exposure through handling clients, learning sales, and being involved in actual marketing activities.
