The team is very friendly and never pressures you about work. All of my colleagues are kind and willing to teach me anything I want to learn. You can choose your preferred morning shift between 7.30 am to 9 am, but once selected, you can only change it with HR. Some tasks may be repetitive, but overall, it is a good place to start. The main source of stress is the lack of proper training for new employees, and the learning curve varies for each individual. The heavy traffic in KL, with frequent breakdowns of the LRT and expensive parking, is a downside.
