Mengenai Peranan Ini / About the Role Bahasa Melayu: Sebagai Konsultan & Juruterapi Estetik anda bertanggungjawab memberikan konsultasi penjagaan kulit rawatan dan penjagaan susulan kepada pesakit menjalankan rawatan estetik serta membantu doktor dalam pelbagai prosedur. Anda juga memainkan peranan penting dalam mempromosikan dan menjual pakej rawatan menghubungi bakal pelanggan untuk jemputan ke klinik menguruskan pendaftaran pesakit dan kerja-kerja dispensari menyokong kempen pemasaran serta acara saringan dan memastikan kebersihan bekalan stok serta peralatan klinik sentiasa teratur. English: As an Aesthetic Consultant & Therapist you will consult patients on skincare treatments and post-care perform aesthetic treatments and assist doctors with procedures. You will also play a key role in promoting and selling treatment packages contacting potential clients to invite them to the clinic handling patient registration and dispensary work supporting marketing campaigns and screening events and maintaining clinic cleanliness stock and equipment. Tanggungjawab Utama / Key Responsibilities 1. Konsultasi & Perkhidmatan Rawatan / Consultation & Treatment Services BM: Memberikan konsultasi kepada pesakit mengenai penjagaan kulit jenis rawatan dan panduan penjagaan selepas rawatan serta membuat susulan (follow-up) selepas rawatan. EN: Consult patients on skincare and perform post-treatment follow-ups. BM: Menjalankan rawatan estetik dan membantu doktor semasa prosedur dijalankan. EN: Perform aesthetic treatments and assist doctors with procedures. 2. Jualan & Pemasaran / Sales & Marketing BM: Mempromosikan dan menjual pakej rawatan (komisen tinggi disediakan). EN: Promote and sell treatment packages with high commission provided. BM: Menghubungi bakal pelanggan dan menjemput mereka untuk hadir ke klinik. EN: Call potential clients and invite them to the clinic. BM: Menyokong pelaksanaan kempen pemasaran dan aktiviti saringan. EN: Support marketing campaigns and screening events. 3. Pentadbiran & Operasi Klinik / Clinic Operations & Administration BM: Mengendalikan pendaftaran pesakit urusan dispensari dan tugasan pentadbiran asas. EN: Handle patient registration dispensary work and basic administrative tasks. BM: Memastikan kebersihan klinik penyelenggaraan peralatan serta pengurusan stok sentiasa terpelihara. EN: Maintain clinic cleanliness stock levels and equipment maintenance.
