I have been working at Micasa hotel for nearly two years and I must say that the work environment is excellent. The staff all work together as a team and my manager is always supportive and motivating. I have learned a lot during my time here, such as creating artwork and promoting the hotel, as well as handling complaints in a polite manner. We have a diverse culture at the company and we celebrate together without any issues regarding religion or race. The most challenging aspect of the job is balancing work and personal life, as I often have to stay late for events and work on my days off for last-minute promotions. However, the best part is the support from my team and boss, who provide meals and care for me. Despite the challenges, I love my job and have gained valuable experiences.
