Motion Graphic Designer (AI-Powered Content Creator)

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer who can combine traditional design expertise with the latest AI tools to produce high-quality videos, animations, and static visuals. The ideal candidate must be passionate about design trends, storytelling, branding, and productivity through AI-driven workflows.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and modern AI platforms such as Flow, Banana, Gemini, and 11Labs.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Motion Graphics

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, promo videos, ads, explainers, and branded content.
Design high-quality static graphics for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and print materials.
Develop visually appealing concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
Edit videos with transitions, sound effects, captions, and dynamic elements.

AI-Powered Content Creation

Use AI tools to accelerate and enhance creative production workflows.
Generate video concepts, scenes, voiceovers, scripts, and graphics using AI platforms.
Utilize Flow, Banana, Gemini, and 11Labs for content generation, automation, voice synthesis, ideation, and creative enhancements.
Stay updated with emerging AI tools and integrate them into daily production processes.

Branding & Marketing Support

Produce marketing creatives for campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal events.
Ensure all content is consistent with company branding, tone, and messaging.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams to turn ideas into compelling visual assets.

Technical & Workflow Management

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Organize project files, templates, brand assets, and design libraries efficiently.
Optimize designs for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Website, Print).
Revise designs based on feedback quickly and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Design Software

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong working knowledge of Canva
Stong knowlegde in Capcut

AI Tools

Hands-on experience with:

Flow
Banana
Gemini
11Labs

Core Competencies

Strong sense of creativity, typography, color, composition, and storytelling.
Excellent video editing and animation skills.
Ability to turn ideas into professional content quickly.
Understanding of social media trends and short-form content creation.
Strong attention to detail and branding consistency.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to learn new tools and keep knowledge updated at all times

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, retail, SaaS, or tech industries.
Experience creating ad creatives with high conversion focus.
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or UI/UX design.
Experience with scriptwriting or content planning.
