An outstanding opportunity exists within Corporate and Structured Finance Advisory of Macquarie (Malaysia)Sdn Bhd,a member of the Macquarie Group,for a suitable candidate to join a market leader in the provision of innovative,structured and project finance products.Ranked number 1 in Asia Pacific and number 2 worldwide by Project Finance International,Macquarie has been involved in a number of high profile transactions both in Malaysia and internationally.

The position accords the successful candidate the opportunity to apply strong taxation skills and broaden his or her experience in a dynamic environment.The scope of work will encompass:

• Assistance in the generation of new business and structured products

• Presentation of structured transactions and products to new and existing clients

• Preparation of financial models

• Execution of structured transactions

• Opportunity to work on structuring aspects of other transactions

Suitable candidates will have strong academic qualifications with a degree in accounting/

business/economics and/or law.Several years of relevant work experience in the taxation department of either an accounting or law firm is required with the candidate holding the relevant professional qualifications.Strong numerical and financial modelling skills will be an added advantage.
