Responsible for ensuring that contractors and their workers follow the design drawings during site construction activities. He will act as the Owner's representative during testing and commissioning activities, providing recommendations to the Project Manager or Director. He will also help the Project Manager troubleshoot any issues with newly commissioned equipment and prepare technical reports on maintenance findings for future reference and improvement. Additionally, he must adhere to Occupational Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality policies and practices, and may be required to perform other duties or assist with special projects as needed.
