Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
Manage and coordinate staff schedules, responsibilities, and performance
Organize and monitor inventory arrangement, storage, and product displays
Manage and maintain the shop’s social media presence, including posting updates, new arrivals, and promotional content.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized shop environment
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
Identify operational issues and implement practical improvements
Assist in developing simple systems and procedures to improve store efficiency

Qualities & Skills We Are Looking For

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high operational standards
Ability to use operational systems efficiently, including POS systems, inventory tracking, and basic digital tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to create simple promotional content.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and suggest solutions
