Key Responsibilities
1. Drink Preparation
- Prepare beverages according to standard recipes (coffee, tea, specialty drinks, smoothies, bubble tea if applicable).
- Operate espresso machine, blender, shaker, and other beverage equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Recommend drinks and answer customer inquiries.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and politely.
- Operate POS system for orders and payments.
- Handle cash, e-wallet, QR payments, etc.
- Issue receipts and ensure accuracy in daily sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, equipment, and dining area.
- Wash utensils and sanitize working stations regularly.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards (food handling, glove usage, proper storage).
- Refill ingredients (coffee beans, milk, toppings, syrups).
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Support team members during peak hours.
- Follow company SOPs, checklists, and service standards.
- Assist in opening/closing procedures.
