Lingkaran Kembara Company was founded in February 2006 for the principal purpose of engaging in the Logistic Business of providing Road Tankers for distribution of bulk petroleum product in Peninsular Malaysia for Petronas Dagangan Berhad (PBD) under the management of Konsortium Logistic Berhad (KLB). The Company was Founded with the following in mind
