Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on and adaptable approach.
High emotional intelligence and a customer-centric mindset.
Proven ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems effectively.
Results-driven with a positive, proactive attitude.
