About Liberty Properties Sdn Bhd

LIBERTY PROPERTIES SDN BHD (LPSB) was established in 1984 in Kuching, Sarawak and has branches located across Sarawak - Sibu, Bintulu, Miri. Its Board of Director is made up of a group of professionals and Businessmen experienced in the construction industry and have more than 30 years of history.

LPSB has registered for ISO 9001:2015 and also registered with PKK under Class A Contractor; CIDB under Grade 7 Contractor. Not only that, LPSB also a member of Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (SHEDA) and Sarawak Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI).

Besides construction industry, LPSB also involved in Transportation, Petrol Station and Quarry Operation.
