I have found this company to be very receptive to feedback from employees, implementing an open concept where concerns can be raised directly to high management. While there are challenges in every company, it is important to remember that hard work is necessary to increase commission. Despite the stress of meeting sales targets, the work-life balance of a 5-day work week from 9am-6pm is appreciated. My manager's advice to "work like a mad during working hours, and enjoy your time well during off work" resonates with me.
