Working at KYE Worldwide Sdn Bhd is both productive and enjoyable, despite the heavy workload in the oil processing area. This is because the management team is very supportive of employee welfare and the team works well together, allowing us to focus on our tasks even under stressful conditions.

Kye is an excellent place to work with a dynamic and competitive environment that is constantly evolving. The company's culture is a key factor in its success and is enjoyable to be a part of. However, the downside includes long hours required for success, challenges in maintaining a work-life balance, and extensive travel for certain positions.

This company is excellent, with a fun and stress-free workplace, a supportive boss and friendly colleagues. The compensation is also very good, and working there is something you will never regret.

It is difficult because you have to work with many foreigners and adapt to their environment. It takes some time to reach the office/cabin, as it is about a 15-minute walk to get there. However, despite the challenges, the workplace is still enjoyable.
