I now have a better understanding of the services they offer, the required documentation for various processes, and more. The company is well-managed, with a supportive boss and staff who work together effectively to ensure smooth operations. The biggest challenge arises when there is a shortage of staff due to various reasons like sick leave or training sessions, leading to longer wait times for customers. However, the job is also rewarding as it allows me to learn more about the company, gain valuable experience, and build relationships with friendly and supportive colleagues.
