Kwasa Land, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Employees Provident Fund [EPF], was set up as a master developer to manage EPF’s multi-billion Ringgit township development of 2,330 acres in Sungai Buloh. Mandated to develop this township and new sustainable community over the next 12 years, this township comprises a development-mix of modern residential, commercial, recreational, educational and institutional units and will incorporate an integrated transportation system that links to the MRT system. .
