I begin my work day by enjoying a cup of coffee while going through my emails. I then have a quick meeting with the office staff to update them on any new information and discuss any pending tasks. Following that, I have various departmental meetings throughout the day. Lunch is at 1pm. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with difficult and resistant staff members. I finish my day by checking my emails one last time and then take a walk around the school to ensure everything is in order.
