Founded in 2002, VAMC Group is a leading firm dedicated to delivering top-tier corporate secretarial, accounting, tax consultancy, and advisory services. Headed by esteemed founders Datuk Khoo Teck Kee and Mr. Raymond Tan Chee Luen, both Malaysian Institute of Accountants members, VAMC boasts a team with diverse experiences from reputable audit firms and industries.
Datuk Khoo Teck Kee, a former KPMG professional, led audits for prominent companies like Nestle, ICI Paints, and OYL Group. Mr. Raymond Tan brings over 20 years of corporate financing experience, having served as the SEA Regional Finance Manager of OYL Bhd.
In 2009, Ms. Eng Lai Hing, a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants, became a partner, contributing over 14 years of expertise in accounting and taxation. Recently, Ms. Wrystal, Ms. Tracy, and Ms. Selvi were promoted to junior partners in July 2022, recognizing their nearly two decades of dedicated service to VAMC and its clients.
With three branches in Malaysia and one in Indonesia, VAMC employs over 90 skilled professionals, including Chartered Accountants (CA), ACCA members, and postgraduate students, offering a wealth of experience and expertise across various disciplines.
