1. Business Development & New Opportunities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for solvent recovery services and fresh solvent sales.
Actively prospect new customers such as manufacturers, electronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, automotive, printing, coating, and chemical industries.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industries, and emerging solvent usage trends.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and site visits.

2.Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Understand customer processes and solvent usage to propose suitable recovery or fresh solvent solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

3.Sales & Revenue Growth

Promote solvent recovery solutions as cost-saving and environmentally sustainable options.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Prepare sales proposals, pricing, and commercial terms in coordination with management.
Track sales performance and provide regular sales reports.

4.Technical & Product Knowledge

Develop good understanding of solvent recovery processes, fresh solvent specifications, and applications.
Explain technical and commercial benefits of solvent recovery versus disposal.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for feasibility studies and customer trials when required.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands.
Provide feedback on customer needs, new solvent types, and potential service improvements.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and forecasts.

6.Compliance & Safety

Ensure sales activities comply with company policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Promote safe handling and proper usage of chemical solvents to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
