Afraid of getting an internship where you don’t do much? We are too! We at Carlist.my views internships as a vital growth period for a student and as such we have a structured internship program we rotate them across multiple modules during their time with us. We are very different from a lot of companies as most hires interns without proper job scope and most of the time the interns do not get concrete work. We do not believe in this approach as there can be a win/win situation even though the intern would be in our company for very short term.
