Jutal Offshore Oil Services Limited (Jutal) was founded in 1995 and has grown into a competitive integrated professional service provider in offshore oil & gas as well as shipbuilding industries from a steel frame manufacturer after having worked diligently for 10 years. Jutal has been approved a new and high-tech enterprise by Shenzhen Bureau of Science Technology and Information and was successfully listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Jutal Oil Ser: 3303HK) in 2006.The success and continues development hangs on the great cooperation and diligent working of our 1500 excellent staffs. The leadership of a team of top-notch management experts have in-depth knowledge and experience in the provision of technical support services to the oil and natural gas industries and relevant businesses. We have built fabrication and service sites in Shenzhen, Tianjin and Zhuhai and have set up subsidiaries in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Dalian, Tianjing, Hong Kong and Macau, which formed a strategic deployment of developing ourselves relying on China offshore oil and gas and the shipbuilding industries, so as to provide quality services to the world well-known energy companies and shipbuilders such as CNOOC, CNPC, CACT, ConocoPhillps, JHN, DEVON, APACHE, KEMGREE and Dalian Shipbuilding resorting to our excellent location advantages, and to provide oil and gas equipment to the famous domestic and international customers in the oil and gas industry.We have set up and perfected our HSE management system as per the OHSAS*8001and ISO*4000, and has achieved greatly by implementing this system, which has been praised and encouraged by customers due to our excellent safe working.We have also set up a stringent internal quality control system, which has been certified by Det Norske Veritas, a Norwegian certification authority, as compliant with the ISO9001:2000 standards.
