The large preschool has two effective teams of teachers who are led well. I am grateful to work with dedicated headteachers who provide me with a lot of support and training to improve my teaching skills with young children. The management is good, and the salary is fair, with opportunities for growth based on performance and additional benefits, particularly during school holidays.
