The management is strong and the restaurant is well-established with quality control overseen by the central office for all branches in Malaysia. My colleagues are skilled and friendly, which has had a positive impact on me. The most challenging aspect of the job is meeting the diverse needs of customers, while the most rewarding part is the satisfaction of serving people and looking forward to coming to work each day.
