Job Responsibilities

Perform admin-related tasks, purchasing, and over-the-counter customer service tasks.
Perform purchasing duties such as issuing PO, DO, invoices, data key-in, documentation, and filing.
Assist in sourcing, selecting, and negotiating for the best purchase package regarding quality, prices, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers or customers.
Liaise and build a good rapport with suppliers' internal team and other departments.
To perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Candidates with experience or without experience are welcome to apply.
Possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin because roles require candidates to deal with multilingual customers.
