Established as a Japanese oversea subsidiary company in Malaysia in 2013.

Our company name of Japasta is abbreviation of "Japanese Standard".

We promise to Malaysian consumer to high quality product and high quality service as Japan that our company philosophy.

And internal management philosophy is also follow to Japanese fundamentals principals-based such as "A company is its people" that the priority in business management should be to help its people develop and thrive themselves and to make the best use of what they have to offer.

We are still small company but we have big ambition more than others.

マレーシアの現地邦人として2013年11月設立。JapastaはJapanese Standard(日本基準）の略語です。今の日本では車の購入からアフターサービスまでのきめの細かいサービスは当たりまえですが、まだまだ東南アジアの市場では顧客視点意識はとにかく低く、売ったら売ったっきり、コミッション商売なので、目先の利益で物事を考えてしまうという、本当の意味でのサービスは皆無といった状況です。しかしながら、ここ最近の東南アジアでは急速な経済発展同様に急速に顧客の期待値も上がってきてます。日本で当たり前のように触れているような質の高いサービスに対し、ここ東南アジアの消費者にとって現状の粗悪なサービスは当たり前であり仕方なしというのがスタンダードとなってます。 また、品質においても、特に中古車ともなるとメーターの改ざんや事故車や故障車の履歴を隠し売りつけるといった日本では詐欺と取られるような商法もこちらでは通常の商習慣として消費者は覚悟のうえ車の購入を余儀なくされてます。 このような消費者に一方的に不利な東南アジア市場を日本のスタンダードを持ち込むことで根本から変えていく！という理念のもとで命名しました。
