About Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd

Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd (JKSB), is wholly owned by the Minister of Finance Incorporated and was appointed as the concessionaire to construct, manage, operate and maintain the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah (Second Penang Bridge). JKSB’s corporate office is located at Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur and the bridge’s operation is located at the Administration building in Batu Kawan.

 

Our vision is to be a world class expressway concessionaire in construction, operation and maintenance. We are committed not only to provide alternative route to Penang Island but also as a catalyst for the economic development and growth for Penang and other states in the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER).
