"Enjoyable work environment with amiable colleagues"

In my opinion, a typical work day is quite positive. I have gained knowledge on processing food claim applications, calculating government benefits for employees, determining government contributions to EPF, and more since starting at my job. The management has been supportive in allowing me to learn new tasks, and my colleagues are friendly and helpful in guiding me and pointing out any errors. The most challenging aspect of my job is contacting teachers individually to determine their preference for an 11% or 8% deduction in their EPF. On the other hand, the most enjoyable part of my job is being part of the committee that organizes sports days for the kindergarten school.
