Pekerja Sambilan Harian E19
Ex-Employee, years in the role"My straightforward evaluation."
I typically begin my work day at 7:30am, organizing my tasks collaboratively to prioritize urgent work. When working outdoors, I am familiar with the customs, traditions, and rules of the longhouse upstream. The management is fair and cooperative. The biggest challenge I faced in the statistics department was dealing with uncooperative respondents.
Pembantu Perangkaan Gred N17( Sambilan)
Ex-Employee, years in the role"Collaborative and thrive in a positive work atmosphere"
Every day, I meet and interview respondents assigned by my supervisor, then return to the office to create reports and complete interview data forms. Through this process, I have gained valuable insights into communication skills, pro-activity, and time management. The management team demonstrates effective planning, organization, leadership, and control to foster a positive workplace culture. The most challenging aspect of my job is locating and interviewing respondents using paper maps and collecting accurate income data in difficult locations. However, the most enjoyable part is experiencing new cultures in rural areas previously unexplored.
