The enjoyable environment and work atmosphere provide value and learning to PLKN trainees based on the modules provided. In addition to teaching trainees, it also has a significant impact on me in terms of punctuality, volunteer spirit, building self-confidence, and developing skills and mental resilience. Through this program, I am able to face various situations and trainee conditions which can be used as friends. Having good management where most of the management is administered by the military. The program is well-organized as the implementation schedule is issued by the department itself.
