I work according to office hours, starting at 8 in the morning and finishing at 5 in the evening. During my internship there, I was able to learn about administrative work such as updating immigration officers' leave/sick days and other tasks. The management there is very good, and the employees are friendly and easy to get along with. Dealing with the public at the counter can be challenging for me as it can get hectic with the large number of people. The department that I enjoyed working in the most was the Enforcement Administrative Unit and the Enforcement Investigation Unit.
