I am heavily involved in the establishment of a subsidiary company and my contributions are crucial in the decision-making process, shaping organizational goals and strategies, influencing business direction, organizational development, recruitment, strategic marketing, and corporate governance. I am gaining valuable real-world experience and facing challenges in the business and corporate world, including dealing with complex legal cases and entities. On the business side, I am learning about the difficulties of building a brand, strategic marketing, and introducing a new product to the market in a new industry. I am also exposed to various business leadership experiences such as acquisitions, partnerships, and new ventures in different contexts like high growth, steady growth, and turnaround situations under different ownership models.
