ICC is today a LEADING SRI LANKAN GENERAL CONTRACTOR with multi sector capability. Established in 1980, ICC today has SEVEN MAIN DIVISIONS:

(1) PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

To handle Development Projects either on its own or in Joint Venture with both Local and Foreign Collaborators on turnkey basis or otherwise

(2) INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

To undertake the construction of Power Stations, Fishery harbours, Irrigation structures etc.

(3) BUILDING CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

To handle high-rise buildings, Shop and Office Complexes and other commercial buildings, factories, warehouses, housing complexes, etc.)

(4) WATER SUPPLY & SANITATION DIVISION

(5) ROAD AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

(6) PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

(7) INTERNATIONAL DIVISION to undertake the construction work overseas.

ICC, apart from its CONSTRUCTION capability, owns and operates the following UNITS which are complementary to the Construction Industry:

(a) READY MIX CONCRETE MANUFACTURE & SUPPLY UNIT

(b) PRESTRESSED AND PRECAST CONCRETE YARD

(d) CARPENTRY WORKSHOP

(e) ASPHALT CONCRETE MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLY UNIT

(f) CONCRETE BLOCK PRODUCTION UNIT.
