The Mission

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to support the growth of two brands:

Crolla – a well-established baby brand with over 10 years in the market
Future Paws – a new premium pet lifestyle brand

This role focuses on execution with involvement in strategy.
You will be responsible for running campaigns, supporting brand growth, and contributing to sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Growth Strategy

Drive growth initiatives for Crolla (positioned as a market leader in safety and value)
Lead the introduction of Future Paws (a premium, stylish pet brand)
Implement cross-brand strategies to enhance customer lifetime value

2. Digital Marketing & Performance

Oversee digital marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google)
Optimize for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) & Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Manage:

Content strategy
Social media updates
Website enhancements

Administer CRM channels (WhatsApp / Email) to boost retention

3. Content, Creative & Influencer

Supervise:

Product visuals
Video content
Campaign creative assets

Manage collaborations with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)

4. Retail, Events & Promotions

Plan and implement:

Roadshows and baby expo
Inbound and outbound events

Develop:

Retail promotional strategies
Warehouse promotional plans

Assist in outlet expansions (e.g., New Outlet launch)

5. Team Collaboration & Operations

Work closely with Sales & Operations teams
Ensure marketing initiatives align with inventory and sales goals
Deliver weekly performance reports to management

6. Leadership

Support team execution and coordination
Take ownership of assigned campaigns and projects
Guarantee quality, speed, and accountability in execution

7. Others

Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
