During my time at Imej Parking, I was in charge of overseeing the business continuity plan for infrastructure and service operations. This included organizing and carrying out regular disaster recovery tests to ensure IT procedures were in place and to minimize any downtime. One of the most challenging aspects of my role was balancing service operations while also developing and implementing a successful online payment system for the company. Additionally, I was responsible for identifying potential car park locations, creating financial reports, and submitting proposals to landlords and building managers.
