Our goal is to efficiently complete tasks without any errors and strive for zero complaints while providing excellent service to students during the visa processing. Our performance is measured by key performance indicators, which we aim to meet. So far, I have been performing well and my manager has allowed me to continue my studies, enabling me to successfully complete my master's degree.
