iHeal Medical Centre Reviews

Registered Nurse

Current Employee, years in the role

"Opportunity and positive work environment"

1. It can be overwhelming on busy days, but it is still possible to handle. 2. We used to have small gatherings for every festival, but we had to stop due to Covid. 3. The doctors at iheal Medical Center are reliable and can provide opinions on medical issues faced by my family. 4. Nurses are encouraged to join the team. 5. My colleagues are supportive and approachable. 6. The office is located in a shopping mall, making it very convenient.

Nurse

Ex-Employee, years in the role

"Operating Room Nurse Utilized newly acquired skills from nursing school to excel in the operating theater."

Being an OT staff nurse is challenging because there is a lot to learn, from minor to major surgical procedures and all the necessary equipment for operations. I was trained as a preceptee and taught by my preceptor for a few months. My colleagues were very supportive and helpful, and my nurse manager was caring and encouraging. The most difficult part of my job is assisting in major surgeries like cardiothoracic procedures, which require long hours of standing and constant attention. However, I enjoy my work when I see the strong teamwork, especially during major procedures.

Medical Asisstant

Ex-Employee, years in the role

"Ideal working hours for an outpatient position, where I have learned a lot and honed my skills in the field of medicine."

iHeal Medical Centre is a hospital company where I have gained a lot of new work experience, with a different scope of work compared to working in regular clinics.

X-ray Technician

Ex-Employee, years in the role

"Enjoyable work environment with a laidback atmosphere and flexible leave policy."

This is a great place to live with a relaxed atmosphere and high pay, but the medical benefits are lacking. It may not be the best choice for those just starting their careers, but it is ideal for those looking to settle down and achieve a good work-life balance.
