About IDS Electronics Sdn Bhd

IDS is a SEMICONDUCTOR CONTRACT ASSEMBLY and TEST foundry established in 1996.

Total land area of IDS is 88,000 sq metre and the first phase build up is 6,000 sq metre. As the company grows, Phase 2 will commence. IDS is majority owned by Intan Utilities Berhad which is listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

Our facility offers complete packaging requirements from wafer saw to final testing. We will drive in excellence in quality to ensure the company's success. The company is certified to ISO9002, QS9000 as well as ISO 14001.
